The new Nokia Note 2 Pro 2022 has been officially announced recently, and it is the company’s latest flagship smartphone. It comes with the latest technology specifications, and the 6.5-inch Super LCD screen offers a resolution of 3120 x 2560 pixels. The device also has an impressive storage option, excellent design, and improved battery performance compared to its predecessor. Display
It has 6.5 inches display with a resolution of 3120 x 2560 pixels. The Pixel density of it is 634 PPI, which means you can see it clearly without looking closely at it. It has an aspect ratio of 18:9. You will have a good viewing experience while watching videos and playing games on your smartphone because of its large display size and high pixel density. Talking about colors, they look vivid and accurate on-screen. Overall, Nokia Note 2 Pro’s display will impress you in every way possible.
Camera
The camera is good but not great. There are several phones out there that perform better in low light, and others have dual lenses for added depth-of-field options. The Lumia line has been traditionally fantastic at capturing vivid, accurate colors. Here, however, I was consistently unimpressed with how dull photos looked on my computer screen after transferring them from my phone. This may have been a display issue specific to my unit—display calibration often varies from device to device—but it’s worth noting. Meanwhile, low-light performance was lackluster compared to other phones such as Google Pixelbook 12in and HTC’s U11 smartphones. The battery life of smartphones has always been a major concern. The Nokia Note 2 Pro carries a 4000mAh battery. Storage
The Nokia Note 2 Pro has a storage capacity of 1TB. That’s enough space to store around 4000 songs, 250 photos, or 50 movies. This comes as a welcome addition to an already impressive package from Nokia. The new flagship smartphone allows you to carry your entire media library with you in one handy device, and take it anywhere at any time. Be it on holiday, on your lunch break, or even just on a night out; never again will you miss those all-important photo opportunities because you didn’t have room to bring your camera with you! Using cloud technology, media stored on your Nokia NTP-5 can be uploaded online and accessed whenever needed. You can share pictures and videos with friends and family using social networks such as Facebook and Twitter, or send them via email.
Call quality and network performance
My test unit was in an AT&T store, and I didn’t have time to test it with other carriers. However, I did get a chance to talk about a few other things: The screen looked great. Overall call quality was good; I tested it next to another phone on speakerphone. The camera takes sharp photos (I didn’t get a chance to test it outside), but low-light performance could be better. The fingerprint sensor works quickly and accurately. It has dual SIM card slots—one microSIM and one nanoSIM—if you want that extra flexibility with service providers or want to use one number for work and another number for personal calls/texts.
Operating System
The phone runs on Nokia’s own proprietary OS called Unia. Unlike Android and iOS, it does not have an app store. All applications must be installed via OTA (over-the-air) update mechanism by manually downloading from Nokia Note 2 Pro servers. The application icon then shows up in an overlay within the operating system which covers only part of a given screen, requiring users to swipe or tap to move and use an application (similar to Windows 8). There are no additional buttons or functionality with apps aside from a little blue notification light located below each of them that blinks when you receive new messages or emails/alerts/etc. Applications can be dragged from one screen to another as desired but cannot run alongside other applications. The Nokia Note 2 Pro comes with a 64-bit Snapdragon 830 chipset, 6GB of RAM, and 128GB of internal storage. The handset houses a 3,500mAh battery that supports fast charging. In terms of optics, the smartphone features dual 13MP (RGB + monochrome) sensors at its rear and it also sports a 16MP sensor on its front. Nokia Note 2 Pro has ditched its physical home button in favor of a pressure-sensitive area on its display and it also eliminated capacitive keys in favor of on-screen navigation keys. The device is backed by Android 7.1 Nougat OS out-of-the-box with support for Google Assistant.
